Tamar is a beautiful new yarn spun from the fleeces of some of our countries most distinctive and rare longwool sheep breeds. Added to this lustrious blend is Cornish Mule lambs' fleece to give additional woolly bounce.
The yarn has the sheen, shine and drape reflecting the yarns namesake river. Each of the seventeen shades is named after a tributary of the river Tamar.
Ottery and Gwindra are undyed.
